Cocktail Education for the individual looking to make bar quality cocktails at home and/or develop their own craft cocktails using advanced knowledge and techniques. Guides are available for purchase here.

Menu development for new/small-to-medium sized businesses. I offer full menu development or consultation on existing menu’s to help keep them fresh and competitive.

Consultations for personal/private events. Whether you’re a business hosting a paid event or an individual throwing a party for a loved one, I can consult on what to serve or even provide full catering services contingent on proper licensing being in place.
