Because no two projects are exactly alike, pricing is customized based on your specific needs. Factors such as project scope, cocktail complexity, revisions, and ongoing support all influence the final cost. The ranges below are provided as a general guideline, and I'll be happy to provide a personalized quote after learning more about your vision.

General Pricing Guidelines:

• Custom Cocktail Menu Development (3–5 cocktails): Typically $1,000–3,000, depending on the complexity of the cocktails, the amount of revision and collaboration required, and whether you wish to license the intellectual property or purchase the formulations outright.

• Menu Consultation or Additions to an Existing Menu (1–3 cocktails): Typically $300–1,000, depending on the scope of the project and the level of development required.

• Private Event Consultation: Typically $100–300, depending on the nature of the event and the level of planning and support required.

Booking timelines vary depending on the scope of your project, but I always recommend reaching out as early as possible to ensure availability.

As a general guideline:

• Custom Cocktail Menu Development: Please allow 6–8 weeks before your desired launch date. This provides ample time for recipe development, revisions, testing, and final documentation.

• Menu Consultations or Additions to an Existing Menu: Please allow 4–6 weeks, depending on the number of cocktails and the level of development required.

• Private Event Consultations: Ideally, book 2–4 weeks in advance. If your event is approaching sooner, feel free to reach out—I may still be able to accommodate your timeline depending on my availability.

If you have a tight deadline, don't hesitate to get in touch. While I can't guarantee availability, I'll always do my best to accommodate rush projects whenever possible.

I accept all major credit and debit cards.

For custom projects, I'll provide an invoice outlining the agreed-upon scope and pricing. A small deposit is typically required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.
