  • I am located in downtown Toronto, Ontario and can service most business located across the city. I do not have a retail location at this moment.

  • I generally require 7-10 days notice for cocktail tastings depending on the cocktails you would like to trial, and a minimum of 14 days (2 weeks) for full events. Exceptions can always be made, however, so please don’t hesitate to reach out and I’ll see what I can do for you! With that said, I do suggest reaching out at least 1 month prior to your event to allow enough time to sort out details, schedule a tasting (if desired) and lock down pricing. Stress-free is always best!

  • All prices shown on my cocktail menu are for a 15 serving batch - this is the smallest batch size that any cocktail can be purchased in.

    Cocktail Pricing
    Each cocktail is priced individually based on the specific ingredients used and how difficult it is to prepare. For example, a clarified cocktail will be priced higher because the clarification process can take upwards of 24 hours. Once the base cost is calculated, I then add a small surcharge to allow for profit so I can continue to scale the business. The final cost of your order will be determined based on the cocktails selected and the number of batches required.

    Equipment Loan Deposit
    I provide all pre-batched cocktails in either single glass carafe’s or a glass beverage dispenser depending on the number of batches requested. Included in the final total is a $100 equipment loan deposit that will be refunded to you upon all glassware being successfully returned (kind of like a damage deposit). You have 7 days from the day of your event to return them. I offer pick up for a small fee or they can be delivered back to me yourself for no charge.     Payment Schedule
    Once we have finalized all the details and confirmed you’re booking, you will be required to pay 50% of the total quoted service fee immediately to secure the date. The remaining 50% will be due on the day of your event, prior to delivery of the pre-batched cocktails. Once you have returned the glass equipment to me, the $100 equipment deposit will be refunded to you.

  • For my paid services, I only accept e-transfer or cash as of right now. I plan to accept more payment methods soon so please bear with me. Thank you for understanding!

    For my digital guides I accept most payment options (TBD, need to confirm).
